Entity guideline_or_privilege_compliance

• The compliance of a set of objects and/or activities with respect to a guideline or privilege. This is used to define the specific objects (i.e., drilling permit) that are designated to satisfy the requirements of certain activities (i.e., spudding a well) for certain objects (i.e., well #7).
